The Lubrizol Advanced Materials plant has invested approximately $40 million at its Calvert City location from 2012 through 2016. This location has been in business since the 1950’s producing materials used in the transportation, industrial and consumer markets. In order to stay competitive and maintain production, a series of expansions and upgrades have taken place. Thermal Equipment Sales was able to provide heating and cooling applications for a new building to accommodate the additional growth and infrastructure. The new building is being used for the administration, laboratory and maintenance departments. Daikin AC FTX09/RX09NMVJU ductless split system, Daikin Applied MPS/DPS packaged rooftop units, and Nailor D30RW single duct VAV boxes was designed with efficiency in mind. DataAire mini-split computer room DAPA0532AO unit was installed to offer solutions where floor space is at a premium, while functioning independently from other building air conditioning and ventilation systems.
