As a manufacturer’s representative, we partner with dozens of leading brands to supply original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, full-line supplies, and replacement systems for commercial and industrial facilities. Our product range includes split systems, mini-split systems, geothermal units, water source heat pumps, rooftop and through-the-wall equipment, chillers, cooling towers, fan coil units, small air handlers, and industrial dehumidification units. Our expert team guides customers through every stage of the bidding and specification process to match the ideal equipment to project requirements.

Thermal Equipment Sales (TES) specializes in commercial and industrial HVAC solutions, offering equipment sales, parts, and technical support across locations in Kentucky and Indiana. Featuring products like air handlers, chillers, geothermal systems, and more from manufacturers like Daikin, WaterFurnace, United CoolAir, Nortek, etc.

Bluegrass Hydronics & Pump (BHP) represents leading brands in boilers, pumps, and hydronic systems, including Taco pumps and Bryan & Patterson-Kelly boilers, with expertise in chemical-free water treatment systems via EasyWater.

Thermal Air Quality (TAQ) ensures clean air and energy-efficient monitoring systems with products like HVLS fans, UV lights, GPS Bi-polar ionization, and Ebtron Air-flow monitoring station.

Technical Products Service & Sales (TPSS), part of the Thermal Family since fall of 2024, provides wet-side HVAC solutions like cooling towers and heat recovery systems, partnering with manufacturers like Baltimore Air Coil (BAC) and Danfoss.
