Taking part in the revitalization of Downtown Owensboro, KY, the International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame broke ground with a new $15 million facility, which opened in 2018. The property takes up an entire block, consisting of an outdoor concert area, concert hall, recording studio, gift shop, and a rooftop restaurant. The air conditioning system features Nailor single duct VAV boxes and Daikin Applied packaged rooftop units.
