Doubletree Hotel

Doubletree hotel has been in operation since early 2017. This new luxury hotel is in the heart of downtown Evansville, IN connecting to the City Centre, Ford Center Arena and IU Medical School. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners out of Missouri provided the photo and architectural services for this project Thermal Equipment provided Daikin VRV system to handle the needs of the office and common areas on the first floor which is approximately 43,000 sq. ft. Daikin Applied packaged rooftop units supplied for the banquet halls and to condition the outside air for the facility. Amana VTAC units provided for the 250 guest rooms.
