Churchill Downs Starting Gate

Thirty-two new suites overlooking the starting gates of the Kentucky Derby premiered on opening night of Churchill Downs in April of 2018. The new suites feature balconies, a lounging area with couches and chairs, a dining area, and large windows with views of Downtown Louisville. Thermal Equipment Sales furnished the $37 Million project with Daikin Applied Vision Air Handling Units, Enviro-Tec fan coils, and a Daikin VRV system to make the “fastest two minutes in sports” even more enjoyable.
