Alorica Call Center

Bryant Engineering, Inc provided services and a nice photo of the 2017 complete building renovation to the former BB&T Bank building downtown Owensboro, KY. The upper floors are dedicated office space for the California-based call center, Alorica. As the new tenant of the 52,000 square foot facility, they are bringing hundreds of jobs to the area while offering customers top-notch experiences through voice, online, mobile telephone and social medial for companies in many key industries. The newly renovated space is kept comfortable by Daikin AC VRV heat recovery systems, Addison split systems for outside air processing, Raywall electric heaters and Sterling gas-fired equipment supplied by Thermal Equipment Sales.
