Unit Ventilator Products for High-Rise & Classroom Applications
Founded in 1971, Temspec began with concealed vertical stack fan coils for high‑rise residences and hospitality. In 1983 it launched unit ventilators for schools, followed by hot/chilled‑water models and later DX and self‑contained cooling. Through the 2000s Temspec expanded into classroom heat pumps, geothermal, and energy‑recovery options, culminating in the LEAF vertical fan coil (2018) with EC motor technology. Today, Temspec is a leading North American designer of single‑zone HVAC for high‑rise and classroom applications.
