About the Role
Primary Functions

· Updating and maintaining employee files and databases
· Posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating logistics
· Conducting new employee orientations and preparing paperwork
· Tracking attendance, leaving, and assisting in benefits enrollment
· Answering policy questions and providing administrative support
· Conduct credit card reconciliations
· Assist in internal and external audits
· Vendor and project set up in accounting software
· Collect information to complete new vendor authorization and new customer forms
· Perform data entry and maintain records
· Perform general administrative support to our accounting team
· Contact customers for inquiry on past due invoices and research any discrepancies
· Other duties as needed
Requirements
Education, Abilities, and Skills
· Strong computer knowledge with emphasis in the following software applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
· Previous experience as HR administrator, or similar role
· Demonstrates a willingness to assist others
· Detail oriented as must and proficient with time management
· Ability to be a team player
